Order Processing & Shipping
Most AYUSH JAIN garments are handcrafted and made to order. Order processing typically takes 4–5 weeks.
If a design is available in stock in your size, it may be dispatched on the next working day upon request. For availability or timeline queries, please contact info@houseofayushjain.com.
We ship worldwide from New Delhi. Shipping within India is complimentary. Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days (India).
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, or payment processing delays. AYUSH JAIN is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products will be shipped together once all items are ready. This may extend the overall delivery timeline.
If you wish to receive certain items earlier, please email info@houseofayushjain.com with your order number.
Custom & Couture Orders
Customised and couture garments are created exclusively for you, including bespoke sizing, colour, or design modifications. Such orders are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Minor variations in colour, embroidery, or finish are inherent to handcrafted couture and are considered part of the garment’s character, not defects.
Return & Exchange Policy
Every AYUSH JAIN garment is individually handcrafted with intention and care. As our pieces are made to order, we follow a no-return and no-exchange policy.
In rare instances, return requests may be reviewed at our discretion in the event of:

Minor alterations arising from a manufacturing oversight

Stains or marks noticed upon delivery, prior to wearing (images to be shared within 48 hours)

Colour bleeding, provided the garment has been cared for as per the wash-care instructions
Requests must be sent to info@houseofayushjain.com with clear images within 2 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that slight variations in colour are natural, owing to handcrafted techniques, lighting, and screen differences, and are part of the character of the garment.
AYUSH JAIN retains the right to review and respond to all return requests at its discretion.
